Making a reservation at Indian Summer for your next vacation is easy. Just follow these six steps to get started.

1. What dates are available?

Please check our availability calendar to see if your dates are available. We update the calendar daily.

2. What will the cost be for the dates we are planning?

Please see our rental rates. Rates vary by season and popular holiday. We also offer last minute deals, so check back often.

3. What are the rental policies at Indian Summer?

4. Contact us to request the dates for your next visit.

Email us from our contact page. We are generally able to respond to your inquiry within an hour to confirm that the dates you are requesting are available and to answer any questions you may have.

5. Make the reservation.

Rental Contract: If your dates are available we will email a rental agreement to you. Once you receive and review the rental contract and are ready to secure your dates, please sign, date, and return it to us.

Payment: The payment schedule is specified in the rental agreement. We accept personal checks, Mastercard, and Visa.

If paying by check, mail the $200 rental deposit with the signed agreement.

If paying by credit card, call us with your credit card information or click on the button below to pay online. You will be taken to a secure Paypal site to make your payment. You can make a deposit, pay a balance, or make your payment in full.

6. Reservation confirmations.

Once we receive the signed rental agreement and rental deposit, we will email a confirmation. As your arrival date approaches, we will also email directions, the access code for entering the house, and some other useful information to help you plan you visit to Indian Summer.
